年代chneider launches new motor starter, ‘predictive’ PLC

年代chneider Automation exhibited a new motor starter at ELEC ’98. Tego Power, billed as a “structured and automatically optimized motor starter” built from standard modules to minimize wiring. It uses associated Schneider software to memorize client configurations, to avoid continual, time-consuming reprogramming. The company also announced a new software package, Tego Dial, an integrated human-machine interface software that offers memorized configuration based on client criteria. The system also diagnoses and proposes elements required for a chosen operation.
