Vecna Technologies has acquired VGo Communications Inc., which specializes in robotic telepresence products for healthcare, business, and education. Vecna provides autonomous robots for the manufacturing and healthcare industries.

Vecna Technologies has acquired VGo Communications Inc., which specializes in robotic telepresence solutions for healthcare, business, and education. Vecna provides autonomous robots for the manufacturing and healthcare industries. The deal is intended to benefit both sides from adding VGo to Vecna’s portfolio of robotic solutions, which have applications in healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and education.

"Robotics can have a significant positive impact on our lives, from our health to our children’s education, to the way that we manufacture and receive goods," said Daniel Theobald, Vecna’s co-founder and CTO.
