SMD 0603 ultra-bright LEDs come in a range of six colors in dimensions of 1.6 mm by 0.8 mm and a low height profile of 0.6 mm. Series is designed for small-scale, high-power products operating in demanding environments. Typical applications include industrial control systems, automotive systems, mobile phone displays, and systems requiring miniaturized color effects. Luminous intensity ranges from 13-80 mcd in a footprint compatible with industry standard 0603. Devices feature low power consumption and ESD withstand voltage up to 1 kV and are built on AllnGaP and GaN, packaged in a lead frame base, and embedded in a clear epoxy. Angle of intensity is 80° for an extremely wide 160° viewing angle.
