Transportation management: Oracle links transit applications with EnterpriseOne

Oraclehas integrated its Transportation Management solution with its JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software suite. Oracle officials say this linkage will allow customers to minimize costs and gain control of transportation and logistics operations while eliminating inefficient and redundant processes.

“We continue to invest in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne product line to provide customers with best-of-class functionality and comprehensive visibility to improve their supply chains,” says Oracle Group VP JD Edwards, Lenley Hensarling. “With this latest integration, customers will be positioned to improve customer service and carrier relations, better manage assets, and benefit from flexible, global fulfillment capabilities.”
