Rugged surface temperature sensor

RdF’s High Temperature Model 22493 is designed to measure surface temperatures in areas where the sensor itself may be subjected to vibration and high-temperature up to 1,500°F (816 °C). Model 22493 can be bolted, welded or clamped into place on a flat mounting surface.

RdF’s High Temperature Model 22493 is designed to measure surface temperatures in areas where the sensor itself may be subjected to vibration and high-temperature up to 1,500°F (816 °C). Model 22493 can be bolted, welded or clamped into place on a flat mounting surface. In still air, the bare sensor rises less than 1 °C while dissipating power of 35 mW. The ”strain free” sensing element is constructed with reference grade platinum.
