创新控制组件包括引线for industrial control applications, mini-computer-room enclosures for 36 or 42U of equipment, DIN-rail-mounted convection or fan heaters, a combination phase sequence and motor rotation tester, and a double-conversion uninterruptible power supply. Suppliers for these products are AutomationDirect, Emerson Network Power (Liebert), Genesis Automation, Meterman, and Staco Energy.
AutomationDirect has launched the Edison Line of fuse products and accessories used in several applications. Edison Fuse is a subsidiary of Cooper Industries. All Edison fuses can be cross-referenced and used as replacement for other name-brand fuses. Available are the most popular 11/32 x 1.5-in. Current Limiting Class CC and the Class M Midget general-purpose fuses for industrial control applications. Class CC current limiting fuses, frequently used in applications for small motor branch protection, are available in time-delay and fast-acting models. Where adherence to extensive current limiting codes is not required, Class M general-purpose midget fuses provide an effective solution for time-delay and fast-acting protection. All fuses are compact in size and offered in boxes of 10, at $7-$50 per box. Also available are DIN-rail-mount fuse holders and panel-mount fuse blocks.

This two-in-one device from Meterman shows 3-phase sequence and motor rotation.

Emerson Network Power’s Liebert XDF Extreme-Density Enclosure System offers a plug-and-play, mission-critical power and cooling system, the company says. Liebert XDF extends the “mini-computer room” concept pioneered by Liebert, by offering an air-, water- or glycol-cooling system, integrated with a Liebert Foundation enclosure for sensitive electronics. Mission-critical power protection can be added with the Liebert GXT2, a rack-mounted UPS that features online power protection, remote monitoring, an external maintenance bypass and extended battery runtimes. The self-contained air-cooled version requires an ac power connection for up to 36U of sensitive electronics. Water- or glycol-cooled units use a remote heat rejection to support the in-rack cooling system for up to 42U of equipment.
Genesis AutomationDIN Rail Enclosure Heaters feature an easy mount clip, self-regulating ability, and a compact size-to-power ratio. Convection heaters, 5-300 W, and fan heaters, 5-1,500 W, are available in 12 V and 24 V ac and dc, and 110-240 V ac. Fan and heater circuits are separate to aid cooling. The units have UL, CSA, and CE approvals.

Meterman ’s EPM3 Phase Sequence and Motor Rotation Tester provides open phase, phase sequence, and motor rotation testing. Half of the unit measures the phase sequence of a 3-wire system using the power of the unit under test (UUT). Lamp indicators show the 3-phase sequence or alternately indicate an open-phase situation. The opposite half of the EPM3 verifies 3-phase motor rotation on an unpowered motor using an internal 9-V battery. It’s rated and tested to CAT III 600-V standards and is tested and approved by CE, cCSAus, and TUV. It includes test leads, a vinyl carrying case, user manual, and battery, and it is listed at $79.95.

UniStar IIILA UPS from Staco Energy features high overload handling without transfer to the bypass and protects against short circuit and over-temperature conditions.

Staco Energy Productsoffers the UniStar IIILA, a double-conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to isolate protected equipment from power anomalies like sags, spikes, and either steady low- or high-voltage. By regulating the incoming line voltage and delivering a sinewave of clean power, the UniStar shields downstream equipment, often without going to battery.

With unity input power factor that meets industry standards for energy savings and low reflected harmonics, the UniStar IIILA is designed for industrial equipment, servers and networks, or any sensitive electronic devices. It continuously monitors battery status and recharges as necessary. Battery packs are hot swappable. An advanced microprocessor control yields greater reliability and functionality in a smaller size than other systems, the company says. Each size, 1, 2, or 3 kVA, offers remote monitoring and diagnostic capabilities through the web, networks, or an SNMP adaptor. Standard software is compatible with most operating systems including Novell Netware, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Free BSD. Tower and rack-mount models are available. Three-year warranty is standard.
