Electrical standards will get easier to find, says National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), since it has published an online interactive version of the 2008-09 Electrical Standards and Products Guide (ESPG) for free download.

NEMA president and CEO Evan R. Gaddis said the format integrates the visual appeal of traditional media with interactive possibilities only available electronically. “Traditionally, ESPG has been the go-to source for electrical standards and product manufacturers,” Gaddis said. “Digital publishing, however, gives our members and others in the electrical manufacturing industry instant access to these resources. When the link opens, click on the bottom right to turn the pages. Or click on the Table of Contents to find what you are looking for. You can then order standards or find a manufacturer simply by clicking on the URL.”
