Improve upstream simulation

Dynsim 3.1 dynamic process simulation solution now has new features to improve upstream modeling and provide faster execution. Enhancement include a new VLE flash to speed application execution by three to five times over previous versions. Improvements include a data historian and a network statistics tool, along with an installation option that enables use of a USB hardware security key for better accessibility. New version takes advantage of open software standards, leveraging dynamic simulation model equity to interface with other critical plant appli-cations.
