Hybrid pressure gage/transducer

Ashcroft’snew Xmitr product family combines its PowerFlex mechanical pressure gage technology with a transducer in a single enclosure. The new dual-function instrument reads like a standard analog pressure gage while also providing electronic 4-20 mA or voltage output.

For applications where a transducer only is used, the Xmitr is a cost-effective replacement to provide analog local indication for startup, emergencies, and maintenance situations.

Xmitr features include:

• 1% BFSL includes non-linearity, hysteresis, and non-repeatability;

• Three dial diameters: 2, 2.5 and 3.5 in.;

• Meets CE heavy industrial;

• Ranges: vacuum to 5,000 psi;

• Temperature performance of 1.4% per 100 °F error typical; and,

• Vibration dampening FlutterGuard exclusive option.
