Fan-cooled power supplies

Series of 200-W peak power supplies includes an integral, variable-speed temperature-controlled fan. An extension of the company’s high-technology NV-175 family, the single and multiple power supplies are intended for a wide range of applications where system airflow is not available. Low audible noise and compact size also make them suitable for medical, light industrial, test equipment, and data communications applications. Products are available with one to five outputs, voltages from 0.9 to 28 V, and output currents to 25 A, depending on output configuration. They are rated to operate from 90 to 264 V ac input. Units measure 1.6 x 3.32 x 6.4 in., including fan, and can operate at full power in temperatures from 0 to 50 °C, derating to 50% at 70 °C.
