LiLz gauge safety monitoring

We’re pleased to announce that starting in July, across in the US, we will start an automated inspection service called LiLz Gauge for daily visual inspections for infrastructure.

Japan faces serious problems of aged infrastructure, and this is the same in the U.S. Therefore, we started cost-effective, automated inspection service for the sake of stable operation of infrastructure in the U.S.

To maintain stable operation of infrastructure, daily on-site inspections are essential. But substituting those inspections with sensors or normal IoT cameras for large plants or rural bridges requires installation work and construction, often resulting in big initial investments.

LiLz Gauge requires no power supply because the camera’s battery life lasts for 3 years, and therefore ,wiring and installation work on-site are unnecessary. Installation is done simply by mounting the cameras with metal fittings sold by online shops, so no time or big installation cost is required. The cameras automatically take pictures of analog gauges by prearranged schedules and the data uploads to cloud (Microsoft Azure) where the gauges’ measurements are automatically extracted from those images by using AI in the cloud.
