The importance of odor management in water, wastewater facilities

Odor management and safety might not seem to be an obvious aspect to monitor or watch in a water or wastewater treatment facility. However, it can have lasting effects on a facility and knowing what to look and proper maintenance are key. In a video interview at WEFTEC, Dr. Laura Haupert, chief scientific officer of OMI Industries, explains why this is important and how manufacturers and users can better prepare. She also shares highlights of the show and what manufacturers, end users and integrators should be thinking about for the future in the water and wastewater industry.
