PziG Series electronic diaphragm pumps extend the capacity of the company’s PZ Series “smart” pumps, which are designed for injection of a wide variety of liquids, including moderate viscosity and highly corrosive substances. Pumps come in four sizes from 5 gph at 145 psi to 20 gph at 30 psi. They are available in PVC and Kynar liquid ends to handle viscosities to 50 cps; an optional PVC liquid end can handle up to 1,000 cps. Control panel features large buttons and a 2-stage LCD. Devices accept multiple inputs for pulse proportional control with multiplication and division function, or 4-20 mA dc input for proportional control that operates directly from pH, residual chlorine, or flowmeters without a separate PID controller. Pumps are suited for automatic injection of chemicals, sterilizing agents, pH conditioners, nutrients, disinfectants, and more. They can be integrated into existing chemical metering systems. www.neptune1.comNeptune Chemical Pump Co. Inc.
