1700 Series double cartridge sealsfromWanner Engineeringare intended for use with the company’s Stan-Cor Series centrifugal pumps. Hydraulically balanced seals feature a cassette-within-a-cartridge design; removable inner cassette allows the gland to be reused with each new seal. Product is suited for applications handling extremely corrosive and abrasive material. A friction drive lock ring with one cap screw ensures alignment and eliminates slippage for easy installation.

Available in strobe, rotating, and steady-on incandescent lights, the beacons are suitable for applications in food processing plants, refineries, tankers, laboratories, sewage treatment plants, water and filtration plants, and chemical facilities. Signaling units are built for high visual output and low maintenance, and are UL listed for Type 3R and Type 4X installations. Beacons can be bracket, ceiling, pendant, or stanchion mounted and come with a high-impact glass dome and dome guard. Silicone gaskets seal out dirt and moisture, eliminating the need for external seals. Lights are finished in a gray epoxy powder coat for corrosion resistance.Sitrans LR 200 radar level transmitterfrom Siemens Energy & Automation Inc . now comes with Profibus PA, a protocol tailored to the needs of the process industry. Profibus version of the product conforms to Profibus Profile version 3, Class B standard for interchangeability and ease of use. It can be programmed with Siemens’ Simatic Process Device Manager (PDM), a software tool for configuration, parameter setting, record keeping, and diagnostics, including trending and echo profiles. Device is a 2-wire, loop-powered pulse radar transmitter for level measurement in liquid bulk storage or simple process vessels. It is particularly suited for chemical plants and tank farms. Low frequency (6.3 GHz) is designed for liquid level measurement; a high signal-to-noise ratio provides ample signal for a measuring range up to 66 ft.
