Avoid breaking a circuit by using Fluke 771, 772 and 773 Milliamp Clamp Meters, which accurately measure 4 to 20 mA signals that flow through control system circuits, without having to shut down the system to insert a test instrument.
Faster troubleshooting: Fluke estimates that a technician could save about $588 to $1038 a month, based on estimated hourly rates and the amount of time saved, using the Fluke 77x Milliamp Clamp Meters.

Everett, WA– Fluke Corp., global provider of portable electronic test and measurement technology, introduced two new milliamp (mA) clamp meters designed to help technicians test critical automation and control circuits without breaking the circuit or interrupting operations.
The new Fluke 772 and 773 Milliamp Clamp Meters join the Fluke 771 to deliver a comprehensive range of test and measurement capabilities, according to Fluke. Now technicians in process plants, industrial plants, commercial buildings, and automotive repair shops can choose exactly the range of capabilities they need, at a price that makes sense, the company says.
Applications: instrumentation, commissioning, troubleshooting
These precision tools are designed for instrumentation technicians, contractors and process vendors who install and commission instruments, process and automation technicians, commercial electricians and auto repair technicians who do mA loop troubleshooting on process control circuits, instruments and automotive systems.
Let it run, avoid shutdowns

Fluke is the only manufacturer making mA clamp meters that don’t break the loop, company representatives say.
Quantitied savings: Up to $1,038 monthly
The result can be a significant savings in time and money that is more important than ever in tough economic times, according to the company.
Fluke estimates that a technician could save about $588 to $1,038 a month, based on estimated hourly rates and the amount of time saved, using the Fluke 77x Milliamp Clamp Meters.
All models feature:
• mA measure without breaking the loop;
• Simultaneous mA and % Span readings;
• 0.01 mA resolution on 20 mA applications;
• Detachable jaw;
• Built-in flashlight; and

• IP 40 rating.
