North Hills, CA – Engineered for demanding industrial applications, NET Concentrator System (NCS) provides real-time process control and distributed I/O gateway between the field and a DCS, PLC, or PC-based control strategy. It has the ability to handle current (4-20 mA, 0-20 mA), voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, and -10V to 10V), sensor (RTD and thermocouple), direct millivolt (-50 to 1,000 mV), 0-4,000 ohm, potentiometer, and discrete input signals. It also provides current, voltage, discrete, and relay control outputs.

Modular architecture of NCS can be changed and expanded at any time. Used in place of hard-wired methods, NCS claims time and cost savings by sending just a few, or hundreds, of process signals on one low-cost data link using either Ethernet or Modbus RTU communications. NCS can be accessed over the Web using Internet Explorer, allowing a process strategy located anywhere in the world to be securely configured, monitored, and controlled from a PC located anywhere else. A DIN-rail-mount metal enclosure protects the unit from RFI/EMI, vibration, and shock and is completely channel-to-channel signal isolated.
